Travelers Trails as a travel agency takes care to book our clients with companies who have an established reputation for reliable service and products. If however the products and service provided by the tour, cruise, and/or package vendor are not satisfactory, it is the responsibility of the vendor, not Travelers Trails, to provide a satisfactory resolution to the customer.

Travelers Trails will provide its best efforts on behalf of its customers to reach a satisfactory resolution with the vendor, but does not accept any liability on behalf of the vendor.

To protect our customers, Travelers Trails recommends that Travel Protection Insurance be purchased with each trip booked through us. We also recommend that credit cards be used for all bookings as this provides the best, but not complete, protection to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their credit card provider to determine the level of protection provided.
